Bryan McMahon is a retired Judge of the Irish High Court and the author of textbooks on Irish law including (with William Binchy), Casebook on Irish law of torts (1991). He chaired the Working Group to Report to Government on Improvements to the Protection Process including Direct Provision and Supports to Asylum Seekers established by the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform in 2014.
